Our Take on This Bill
The Constitution’s guarantee of equal protection applies to youth just like it does to adults. Young people should be able to be able to have an environment free of bullying and harassment in school. HB 208 is one more way that school administrators can be better empowered to protect students and ensure a safe learning environment for all students.
