Emerging LGBT Legal Issues: What You Should Know To Protect Your Client

Description: Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) rights are impacted by many areas of law. Over the last few years, we’ve seen many changes as the LGBT rights movement progresses. Join us for a look at some of the biggest trends in marriage and relationship recognition, non-discrimination laws and financial planning.
