See how the Ohio delegation voted on FISA wiretapping

On March 14, the U.S. House of Representatives stood up to the Bush Administration’s scare tactics and passed a FISA bill (H.R. 3773) that ensures judicial oversight of wiretapping and refuses to provide retroactive immunity to the telcoms. While the bill does authorize problematic “basket” warrants, it is a significant improvement on the Senate bill.
