ACLU: American Civil Liberties Union of Ohio
Keeping America Safe and Free

Complaint Form

Have you ever been denied employment, refused housing, or otherwise discriminated against for being LGBT? Do you know someone who has? We want to hear from you!

The new Congress and some state legislatures might be willing to pass landmark LGBT non-discrimination laws. But first, lawmakers must be convinced that discrimination against LGBT Americans is worth fixing. That's where your story can make the difference.

A coalition of national and statewide LGBT and civil rights groups, including the ACLU of Ohio and Equality Ohio, are working together to compile stories of LGBT discrimination.  By filling out the form below, you will lend your voice to the historic fight to end discrimination impacting our LGBT community.

Once you have told your story the coalition will share it internally.
We will not print your name or address without your permission, but we are asking for contact information so we can contact you if we have questions. Your permission will always be requested if we believe that your story will be helpful in a media campaign or in legislative testimony.
