08.05.09Let’s Talk about “SEXting!”Toni Clarke, professor of law at Ohio Northern University, discusses the legal implications of “sexting,” where teens send nude photos of themselves via their mobile phones. She addresses the problematic nature of prosecuting teens for “sexting” and suggests alternatives, including education programs and outreach to youth.
