Join us for a discussion of the homeless community’s fight for equality with Brian Davis, executive director of the Northeast Ohio Coalition for the Homeless and advocate for the estimated 26,000 homeless in the Cleveland area. 08.05.09Let’s Talk about “SEXting!”Toni Clarke, professor of law at Ohio Northern University, discusses the legal implications of “sexting,” where teens send nude photos of themselves via their mobile phones. She addresses the problematic nature of prosecuting teens for “sexting” and suggests alternatives, including education programs and outreach to youth.
