COLUMBUS – Today, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost approved the petition summary for a proposed ballot amendment to modernize Ohio’s elections. The language now heads to the Ohio Ballot Board. The proposed constitutional amendment would expand voter registration, solidify early voting, and ensure timely ballots for military and overseas citizens. The official campaign launch will occur in March.
