Experts who have weighed in on this case have declared Moore v. Harper one of the most pivotal cases in the history of the United States Supreme Court because of the implications it has on the future of the function of our government and our representative democracy.

First of all, I want you to know that right now, abortion before 22 weeks gestation is legal across Ohio. There are 9 clinics providing medication and/or procedural abortion care to Ohioans across the state when they need it.

The ACLU of Ohio's desire is for the language of existing Disturbing a Lawful Meeting law to be improved so it does not impact protected free speech and for penalties to remain as they currently are for all disturbances, religious­
based or not.
