Today, the American Civil Liberties Union and the ACLU of Ohio filed an amicus brief in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in a lawsuit by Plaintiff-Appellants (the “parent group”) challenging Olentangy Local School District’s (the “District”) student speech policies.
